Taste of Ag + Art is a self-guided opportunity to visit two farms in Oconee County that will feature local artisans and farm produce: Chattooga Belle Farm and End of the Road Studios at DuBose Family Century Farm.
Chattooga Belle Farm, a popular event venue, is a 138-acre farm in Long Creek. This location is wonderfully scenic and the property was once owned in part by Groucho Marx. Farm visitors can pick a wide range of seasonal fruit or dine in the onsite restaurant which serves farm raised grass-fed beef and produce. The Chattooga Belle Farm Store features a little something for everyone; and the Distillery allows visitors to view all aspects of the distilling process and sample spirits grown and distilled on site.
End of the Road Studiosat DuBose Family Century Farm is located in Walhalla, SC.Local artists, Stan DuBose and Robin Anne Cooper, will open their End of the Road Studios to showcase their eclectic, innovative, and award-winning art.During the weekend event, representatives from Foothills Farmstead will be at the Century Farm giving presentations about historic architectural, typical farm life, and how modern aspects of farming differ from the past.
